Diamond Assets Secures ISO Certification

Honor reflects national quality standards

MILTON, Wis. (September 14, 2022) – Diamond Assets, one of the nation’s largest and most-trusted technology buyback partners serving schools, businesses, government agencies, and channel/leasing partners, today announced that it has become ISO 9001:2015 certified.

ISO 9001:2015 certification is based on quality and having a management system in place to standardize both products and documentation. Diamond Assets spent about six months working toward its ISO certification, using WMEP as a consultant guide through the process. Certification was granted in May by American Systems Registrar, LLC.

ISO standards are published by the International Organization for Standardization and used worldwide to establish business quality. ISO 9001 can be applied to a range of industries, but focuses on seven principles for quality including:

  • Organizational context
  • Leadership
  • Planning
  • Support
  • Operation
  • Performance evaluation
  • Improvement

Diamond Assets built a a Quality Management System with the help of Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership to put those qualities into action. The Madison, Wisconsin-based organization is an affiliate of the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s national Manufacturing Extension Partnership. Through that, the organization provides consulting services to small and midsized Wisconsin companies.

“Our whole team deserves recognition for the effort and dedication they demonstrated to achieve ISO certification,” said Diamond McKenna, CEO of Diamond Assets. “We are proud to have outside recognition of the excellence and focus on quality the Diamond Assets team strives for every day. This certification gives our customers assurance that we can consistently deliver the service and products they expect.”
